The employees are super welcoming and nice. The decor and atmosphere is a vibe. The mango slush boba was delicious and the brow sugar milk tea was good.

Got here at 10:34 and they had the doors closed and locked and didnt let us in. I understand if they locked doors at 10:50 to clean and shut down shop, but to lock us out and not let us order 30 minutes before close? Its misleading and we drove here for nothing. If they want to close at 10:30, put it on their website they they close at 1030. Another couple came and was upset they were closed early, and also two other gentlemen. Thats 6 or 7 teas they missed out on selling just in the 3 minutes we were there. I doubt the owner even knows about this and the money they are losing out on. I will never be returning here, and Ill give my money to kung fu tea instead. I get a tea every time im in providence, so unfortunately they lost a loyal customer. False advertising do better next time
