Jim was extremely knowledgeable and I felt confident that nothing was overlooked in the preparation and handling of documents. Jim even caught a problem with some of the documents provided by the selling Realtor and was able to provide a quick solution without any heartache. Should I be in the market to purchase another home in the future, Jim will be the first attorney I contact to represent me.
