The HYVE by Honeybee

The first time I met Chris was at a previous salon. He was never my stylist at the time but his aura and character LIT up the room. I remember sitting there thinking, hmm maybe I should have booked with him. He engaged with his clients and it seemed so seamless. Fast forward to now. I was in the market to try out a new curl specialist since I wasnt getting the results I wanted. I remembered Chris and wondered if he was still around. I found his Instagram and immediately booked my appointment since I just knew not only was he educated in curls but he just fit the vibe check. We had a GREAT first appointment. He actually took the time to listen to what I wanted, educated me through the process, and gave me his heartfelt opinion about what cut would help my curl pattern look best. I would 100% undoubtedly recommend him to anyone who wants a stylists that LISTENS. He is a genuine soul who wont let you leave his chair until you are 100% satisfied. I would always hate booking a cut/trim because my stylist would always end up doing a big chop but Chris has changed my outlook. I look forward to booking with him into the far future. You can stop reading stylist reviews because Chris is your guy. Stop what youre doing and book the appointment! You wont be disappointed!

Honeybee (Christopher) is not only an expert stylist for curly hair, but an educator too. Every time I get a cut, Honeybee walks me through various (easy) ways to keep me hair healthy and looking fabulous. Equally important, Honeybee is a wonderful human with whom I love spending time. This is by far the best hair cut I have ever had! The first time I've had people ask me for my hair dressers info. I found him on the DevaCurl website and the experience was everything I hoped for.
