Their services and solutions are tailored to our agency needs. We never feel pressure to purchase unnecessary systems or solutions, but work with us to find solutions and mitigate areas of exposure. The entire team of engineers, service managers, vCIO are all very responsive and accommodating to our employees with varying levels of technical skills. Additionally, they are extremely responsive to service request, especially on overnight or weekends. The quality of service and the structured pricing plans are fairly priced and comprehensive. It is difficult to price the outcome of a disaster or network failure, but fortunately with TAG it is not a constant worry. It is more than a client/vendor relationship. It is a true partnership.
