Food was awful. The Smokey flavor is disgusting. My steak with blue cheese had no sauce on it. The broccoli rabbi was undercooked and super hard. Everyone at the table was very unsatisfie. Poor night out

I'm giving this one star probably mostly due to expectation vs reality. Ordered the Mac n Cheese, Corn Queso, and Cuban. Mac was tasty and flavorful. Nice and hot. Delicious. Corn queso was lukewarm with the oil already separating from the cheese. The cuban was cold. Not warm not slightly heated. Cold. Asked for no pickles but got them anyway. Bread was mush. Fries are those little french fry sticks. I wish this place was not delivery only because I bet it would be good fresh but honestly this isn't the place.

There has to something like corporate standards for franchises. Forgot parts of my order, cold, really bland, flavorless, "substandard" would actually be compliment. There was absolutely nothing about this food experience that would make me want to eat it again. Honestly the only reason I would go back is if I could talk to ownership and management to ask them if they have any pride at all in their product. On par with the bottom of the barrel fast food places but with a high price.

The chicken was soooo dry. The was so over cooked and hard, the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles were so limp and disgusting. I want my money back. The pasta had penne and ziti mixed in. McDonalds could have done a better job.
