    This place us good other than another person's food in the fridge. The service is good sadly the pool was closed the 2 nights we were there. There was also a spider on are wall location is good, if you don't want to waste your time don't come here. The room is also REALLY BIG!!! I give this a solid 3 but thank you people who work here

    I had an 11 day visit for work at the Homewood Suites starting Feb-Mar 2024. Ive stayed at this property before and knew the borderline Hilton quality of this facility. Upon arrival they told me the workout facility was closed for renovations as well as a renovation to the hotel. They suggested I could go to another Hilton property and use their facilities to work out. That was met with an embarrassing No from the front office staff at the local Hilton Garden. On my second day, I had a paper underneath my door, saying there would be no water in the hotel the following day for planned maintenance. You can imagine the inconvenience that that incurred. I next inquired about the laundry facilities. They told me it would be four dollars in quarters for each wash. Then they said it was going to be three dollars for a detergent pod. I asked if they could comp me due to the inconveniences of the renovation, including the embarrassing Fitness club fiasco and they denied my request. Ive spent many months in another Homewood Suites last year, and they do not charge for laundry detergent pods, and their machine use is less expensive. I remembered from my last visit that this location doesnt provide dish soap in the rooms kitchen to wash our dirty utensils. This was repeated for this visit, and I had to ask for a 3 ounce Palmolive from houskeeping. Also, no longer do they provide paper or pens in the room and there is no ice available in the hotel as my freezer ice maker is broken. The final disappointment was being told there was no airport shuttle, even though the airport was five minutes away. Ultimately, I do not feel like a valued customer. And this hotel certainly does not live up to the quality of a Hilton Homewood Suites. I received a basic text from a sales manager asking how my visit was going. I explained my disappointments with him by text. I asked for Hilton Honors points to make me whole after not getting the Hilton Homewood Suites product I paid for. He never returned my text. People expect a certain product and quality when they go to a brand like Ruths Chris, or McDonalds for that matter. This was far from the acceptable mark. Ultimately, I would have felt valued if they gave me a nominal appeasement like a laundry pod or a ride to the airport, but I was met with apathy from most of the hotel staff. I could have stayed at a lower tier chain hotel or motel for fraction of the price for the same quality.

Thank you for staying with us and writing a review. I apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We are renovating the hotel to enhance the amenities we provide to our guests. Our fitness center is being converted to a larger space with more equipment. I apologize it was down during your stay, the construction team took it earlier than anticipated. Each hotel operates separately and unfortunately, we do not have agreements with other hotels to use their fitness room or pool when ours is closed.We place powder detergent for the dishwasher in every guest room and replenish during the guests stay. Palmolive dish liquid for handwashing is available at the desk. The problem we had when we placed the hand liquid in every guest room is, guests used it in the dishwasher causing floods and damage to the rooms below. Pens and paper were removed at corporate's direction during the pandemic and not replaced.I apologize the ice maker was not working in your room. Did you notify the desk to have maintenance repair it? Ice is always available at the front desk when requested.Our Director of Sales did respond to your texts and requested for you to meet our guest service leadership at your convenience. We did not hear back and our messaging system archived the messages when marked completed.We do not have a shuttle. Of the 16 hotels in Warwick, all within close proximity to the airport, only about half offer airport transportation and only 1 of the 4 nearby Hilton products is on that list. Amenities for our hotel are listed on our website and do not advertise a shuttle. Lyft, that earns Hilton Honors points on every ride, is available from our location (as well as Uber).Upon researching your reservation, we see you booked at the end of January and would not have received our fitness center notice and we do understand that inconvenience. We are happy to offer a free night's worth of Hilton Honors points (35,000), which you will see deposited into your account within 72 hours.
