Over and over again, my mobile order is not correct. The last time they gave me three kids meals without any drinks. The time before they gave me a grilled chicken instead of a fried chicken sandwich. The time before that, they did not include the fries with my meal. Food quality is good, but there is a real problem with the takeout reliability. Most recently I ordered and they didnt include the chocolate shake. I asked for the shake from 4 different crew members and they said they would help me. After more than 10 minutes of waiting for them to help I ended up leaving without it. I usually always going here and love there food but today I went and they got my order wrong so I wasn't very happy.

This is a disgrace to Chick-fil-A. After waiting in line longer than I've ever wait at any Chick-fil-A, the server on the headset didn't start taking the order until I said "Hello?" casue once again I was waiting for so long. When I ordered an ice cream she asked a coworker if they even have ice cream. The food was luke warm and the fries were stale. She had to remake the ice cream cone because it looked like it exploded from the machine then had the nerve to bring it over and ask if I wanted it remade. I had to ask for sauce since there was none in the bag. This establishment has a load of employees laughing and playing around instead of working.
