Very clean and well laid out facility. There is a guest laundry room with one washer ($3.75) and a dryer(free). They exercise room is well equipped and well maintained. The bar near the front desk is awesome and serves a great pizza amount other delicious foods. I highly recommend this hotel.

The pool was good enough for my son & I to get a little exercise. It was about the size of 2 parking spaces, ranging from 3.5' to 4.5' deep. There were towels in the pool room, but no lifeguard. When my husband asked for an extra blanket, he was told they don't have any extras. Rooms: In our room, the bathroom light was motion activated. I wish there was a way to avoid blinding myself with it in the middle of the night. The room entry light turned itself on at random times. Each pillow deflated as soon as I rested my head on it. We heard a neighbor child was upset about something. Otherwise, our room was clean, quiet, & comfy. Safety: We needed our room key card to use the back door. Food & drinks: The free breakfast was delicious: scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, fruit, toast, cream cheese, tea, and so on. My husband & son enjoyed the coffee, juice, bagels, donut holes, vanilla yogurt, Canadian bacon, pancakes, French toast, & so on. My husband bought me a delicious cookie from the front desk: a large, warm, soft peanut butter cookie.

Prepare to DIYit @ When You Stay at THIS Hyatt! Should you stay, or should you pass? Let me start by first communicating that Ive always found that when I have attempted to jecrit communicate in writing my experience when staying overnight-like a hotel motel or Tee Pee ; then I have attempted to share with others who do not know me or how much weight to take with a comment I may make as we know some folks some of us hear a word or two and then we dont hear anything else. its a turn off or maybe we hear that word or another word and we dont hear anything else and were all in to go what you stay at that place we heard the word pool, for example. People I met were sincere. They were helpful to the best of their ability. Including passing along request for a manager call back (apparently he was out for the week and no one call as a replacement.) after the second or third day as well as passing along mwhen going on day five I still needed a change of linens. Still even then (Day 5-6) still no one seem to know to check up on his room? I would think after a certain amount of time who knows? came to even provide towels. I had to go out a couple times to get them stashing the dirty ones under the sink. Is the HYATT short staffed? I dont know. I found no instructions in the room regarding linens or towels or ANYTHING ELSE like that I think they should change their to to be truthful it became the Hyatt DIY it regarding my concern. I every day circumstances currently with the shortage of staff. Im OK Remaking of the bed every odd day. However, towels, vacuuming, and stuff that would be useful Every day to check in on the room. The only way Ive received towels used to go down and ask for them every day except one I asked to have someone check in on the room and make the bed. ONE-I DID receive one change of linens after request on Sunday I had asked for a manager callback. The first couple of times I was told after they took my number they would someone call me in the day. The third time is said that person is on vacation, Garret I believe but not 100%. I asked the front desk person on those days and casual conversation they enjoy their job how long Ive been doing I like to gauge management based on the happiness of the staff and the couple people that were doing the training were marvelous were, and the trainees understood were not employed for very long I new hires they are having owned businesses, its very important and I attempt to be very diligent and my politeness, knowing that the people that I speak with or not responsible for everything responsible for what they do and sometimes is worthy to call them out, but in this case, there is nothing that I experienced at the property with the issues that I would call out anyone I spoke with has being their fault. Not at all. Still day 6 there was not 1 individual who called me. Im not going to be demanding on those Finally, the summarize the folks that are here very helpful, but they cant do it all and they cant do it. Alone management has not peered or called. Tell me to help the best assets work the lights, and the front door open. Now, if this continues, Hyatt must change the slogan! to what? TO: Dont knock it till you try it! Youre sure to love it when you DIY it at your local Hyatt!
