I had the misfortune of interacting w/this ambulance chaser last year. I pulled into a spot w/o anyone parked on either side or anywhere near me at the Hoxie parking lot to go into the UPS store. I come out to find a black SUV parked on my driver's side in such a way that I wasn't able to open the driver's door to get in w/o hitting the SUV. I decided to wait for whatever ignorant person did this. He came out of a laundromat that was two storefronts away from where we were parked. As soon as I saw him, I recognized him from his commercial & the billboard he used to have on Post Rd. I asked if it was his SUV, he replied yes. Then I said nice job w/the parking, I can't get into my car. At no time did I get loud or nasty w/him. He proceeded to put on a show for anyone within a mile to hear. First, he walks over to look at the lack of space between our vehicles and told me there's plenty of space to get in my car. So I pointed out that if I did open the door, I would hit his door, and I asked him if that's what he wanted. Then he says as loud as possible, "W/all the things in the world to complain about, you're complaining about that?" Then he changed his tactic to make it seem as though I was the one who came and parked next to him and he said just as loud, "There's 10k parking spaces around here where YOU could've parked...". I interrupted him and said exactly, there's plenty of empty spots over there (pointing in front of the laundromat), why did you come and park on top of my car? Then when he saw I wouldn't let him get away w/his bs., he walks over again to look between our vehicles and said he was well within the line of his parking spot. He apparently needs glasses b/c he was parked on the line. So once again, I said so you want me to hit your door w/my door when I try to get into my car? He walks to his driver's side rear door to put his laundry in and says that if I did hit his door, he'd sue me. Then, as he's getting into his SUV to take off, he says, "There's a world full of gay men b/c of women like you." and slams his door. I clapped my hands and said good job w/your performance. You have the nerve to go on tv and lie to people, telling them what a nice lawyer you are. He sped away. So apparently this man not only can't defend his own awful actions/behavior, he has to insult/berate women to appease himself for his boorish behavior. I'm guessing he thinks being an injury lawyer gives him the right to behave chauvinistically & ignorantly, while using abusive language, especially towards women. Guess that explains why he chose the branch of law that doesn't involve setting foot into a court room, he can't argue his way out of a paper bag, and a woman could talk circles around him w/o having to lower herself to insulting him to get her point across.

Not happy with my settlement I can barely walk and he left 15k from my own uninsured motorist policy on the table. Very unhappy. He should have fought for the remaining money I am now basically crippled for the rest of my life in chronic pain. I dont want to hear everyone is walking around with herniated discs. Because Im not walking well at all. He said I was in his prayers yeah ok John. Wow! Find a better attorney. Very unhappy.
