Im so thrilled with my decision to join FitSpa! Tom is amazing to work out with - and motivates me to be my best self. He also has been a huge role model for my 10 year old, who has come and watched me work out and talked to Tom about Health and Wellness. Tom is always available to answer questions - day or night! I highly recommend this gym and trainer.

Tom at Fitspa is knowledgeable and designs sessions for yr body type. Does not make you do what you cannot handle. I have seen the results! Thank you Fitspa!

Let me begin by saying, Tom is a gem of a trainer and guy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time as a client of Fitspa, having formed a great relationship with my trainer, as well as achieving lots of noticeable progress. The only reason I stopped going to Fitspa was the lack of employment and the need to make necessary cuts to my expenses. I will return once I have the money. Thats how much I love that place. Its worth it!

Tom is an incredible trainer who personalizes every session and makes working out fun! Hes flexible with my crazy schedule, supportive, and just an all around great person too. If youre looking for a personal trainer because youre ready to get fit, go see Tom!! Your body will let you know it was worth it!
