As a first time home buyer with a family I was nervous about the process of finding the "right" agent. Moreover, having just moved to Rhode Island, the pressure of finding someone that was not only sensitive to the needs of a first time home buyer but also knowledgeable about the different areas of Rhode Island, was of the upmost importance. With the luckiest draw when seeking to view a home via Zillow, we were paired up with Dave. And, at that time I didn't realize just how lucky we were. From the moment I met Dave (and his wife) I knew he would be attentive, thorough, and look out for us. Not only was Dave always there to answer any of our questions (and there was A LOT of questions) his team was always there to answer calls and texts, no matter the time of day or night, including weekends and holidays.
