Rented and had a very hard time getting things fixed properly. Went over a month without hot water because water heater went out. BlueStar and staff were very slow to fix. Also went without trash service for weeks because home owner and BlueStar failed to get trash service in their name which is required by the city. I would not recommend renting thru this 3rd party company.

Id recommend Blue Star to any friend or family member. Ive now bought and sold 3 homes in Glocester, Warwick and Richmond with them and I plan to use them in the future. Jack really cares about finding the the home that checks all the boxes. His clear communication style, honesty, patience and thoroughness is appreciated.

Jack is an astounding agent/broker and has helped my family and me find multiple homes in both buying and selling capacity. He has knowledge of the industry I personally haven't found in other agents/brokers I've worked with.
