Surface Home Design

At the moment, we have an open unresolved issue with the dining room wood floor.  It's important to give this small business a chance to make it right.  However, once the issue is resolved, I am willing to update this review.  Everyone deserves a chance.

I have had worked with Surface Home Design for years and have had exceptional service and quality. They have helped me decorate my entire house, including blinds & curtains for my windows/sliders and full room carpets, rugs & runners. Whenever I have questions or need help (ie with my Hunter automated shades), Surface is there to help me troubleshoot & make things perfect again. I would not shop anywhere else.

I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend. From the very first interaction and throughout the entire process, there was nothing but professionalism and customer care. I had flooring and carpets installed and everything looks absolutely amazing! I have other projects I need done and I can't wait for them to come back. The products are amazing, the installation is impeccable and the service, bar none.

Katie and George are the best! They are professional and yet friendly. If you dont know what you want they will help guide you to the right choice. Their workmanship and installation are superb! I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Surface Home Design is a great choice for interior design help. During a recent renovation, we found Katie and George to be talented, well-informed designers with great taste. We needed window treatments and area rugs for our kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. She helped us work our way through the myriad of choices available to help us find what would work well for our space. The result - we're very happy with our space and receive compliments on it from everyone who has entered our home., We've worked with Surface Home design on several smaller projects since then and they'll be our "go-to" in the future. While we've worked with the Westerly store in the past, we were pleased to drop in on their second location now in the Garden City mall in Cranston. It's a lovely store and has the same great products and choices, alone with some new innovations. We'd happily work with Surface at either shop. Great work folks, and congratulations!
