Truist

They put a hold on my check with no actual reason for doing so. Refusing to contact the writer of the check or the issuing bank claiming that that is the old way when TD bank did it for me last month. The guy claimed he did not feel bad for me at all and acted as if I was committing some kind of check fraud. As soon as the check does clear I will be removing my funds from Truist completely.

I was very anxious about going to this Truist because of the bad reviews, but we had a great experience. The location was large with several employees and there was no wait time. Mike helped us with a wire transfer; he was prompt and friendly.

Stay away from Truist at all costs!! Locked my account for no reason for a month with no access to ALL my money. Finally unlocked it apologized said it would never happen again but then turned right around and released my funds back to me and closed my accounts the hotlines you have to call to deal with issues are absolutely useless and horrible. Worst banking experience ever
