Such a beautiful shop packed with dresses. It's tucked away in a courtyard Downtown Charleston. It was so nice to have the full attention of the dress shop! Make the appointment and go check them out!

I bought my wedding gown here and my experience was amazing from the service to the gown selection, the beautiful building and everything in between. Perfect combination of southern charm and bridal bliss!

Our time at Maddison Row South was delightful. Beautiful gowns, and the lovely Michelle was there to guide us every step of the way. What was most impressive was the kindness Michelle showed my daughter on this very important , but a little anxious, day.

Beware! DO NOT recommend Madison Row South. I had THE WORST experience. You couldnt pay me $1,000,000 to go back there, it was truly a NIGHTMARE. I went in the spring of 2022. I was rushed bullied and pressured into making a decision I uncomfortable with. I ended up paying $5000 for a dress that I didnt like because I just wanted to get out of there. After paying, the manager agreed to hold off on ordering the dress for two days in case I change my mind. Two hours and after I paid and left the store, I called left voicemails, texted and emailed the manager informing her I was sorry but I made a mistake and did not want to order. After reaching out incessantly that day, the manager texted back at 8:30 pm and said no problem. They hadnt ordered the dress yet so it was no skin off their back. When they didnt refund the whole $5200, I reached out by phone multiple times, left multiple messages and emails. They never got back to me until finally she said said they would only refund half the cost and give me a $2500 store credit to go towards another dress. Can you believe that ? Its unfathomable. I went back to the store, as it was not too late to order anything to see what my options were, their inventory is low and there were 2 suitable options I could take home that day. One was the original dress I paid for and said I DIDNT want. They were both horrible and not feasible options. They earned a free $2500. Utter disbelief.
