        Love this branch. Well staffed. Friendly and love the traditional format. I hate that kiosk format in west Ashley.

        If you want convenience, go somewhere else. If you want someone to answer your call, go somewhere else. EVERY single time I call to talk to someone, it is AT LEAST 25 minute wait time. Minimum. If you want a bank to be responsible with your money when it comes to debit/credit cards, go somewhere else. On the other hand, If you want to have a likely chance of being approved for a loan, you can consider REV. They love that. Never had an issue when they were Heritage Trust. Couldnt recommend them more back in the day. Picture attached is the amount of time I was on hold. Not a single person answered and I hung up after waiting 30 minutes, yet again. Amazing how you can NEVER get in touch with people who have your money.

        Forget getting anyone from customer service on the phone. It wont happen. So infuriating. I want to like this credit union so much but it just continues to fall short on way to many things.
