Eve is an amazing realtor. As out-of-town buyers, she only took us out looking at homes twice for a few hours each time, but was quickly able to identify our likes and dislikes, along with the areas that would be best for us. So when she reached out with a listing in this super hot real estate market, previewed it on our behalf, and had to have an offer to the sellers in less than 12 hours, we trusted her. She knew we’d like it and she made sure we got it! That wasn’t an easy feat. We bought it unseen at her urging, and it is absolutely perfect for our family. If it wasn’t for her professionalism and keen sense of the market (and her clients), we wouldn’t have this fantastic property. Eve tells it like it is, which is amazing, and isn’t phased by much- a true veteran in real estate. Plus she does it with humor, which our family appreciated. She even removed a tick from my leg during closing on our rural property. Sums up Eve- She goes the extra mile (whatever that may be!).

First, I have to say that Eve is just simply amazing. I am a first time home buyer in a crazy market currently. Lets not forget to mention my budget isn't easy either. I even was working with a lender that Eve had not worked with before. But, this didn't phase her one bit. She took the time to attend a workshop and also got to learn about the program to help me as a buyer better. That is unheard of these days to go that far above and beyond for a client. She asked detailed questions to get to know what I liked and wanted in a home. She also made suggestions based on her years of experience in the business. I will say the end result couldn't be any more perfect. Not only did Eve find a house for me, which I wouldn't have looked at on my own might I add. But this house checked all the boxes I wanted. She is focused on customer satisfaction and I am definitely pleased. I will recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a house. Overall, buying a home is no easy task. And being a first time home buyer and not even knowing the process. I have had a wonderful realtor who has guided me thru the entire process seamlessly.

I could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Eve! She found us the perfect property, then handled the sale of our existing home --- which sold in a day for thousands above listing price. In both transactions Eve's attention to detail and knowledge of the Charleston market were incredible and made the move a smooth process start to finish. Eve has been incredible. She helped us find our dream home and is now helping us sell our previous home. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. She also makes sure that everything is done in a timely manner so there are no last minute surprises. I am so thankful to her for helping us navigate through everything. Eve has been our realtor for years, after having our offer accepted on our James Island lakefront home several years ago, the listing agent came back the next day and tried to get the offer thrown out stating shady reasoning, I later found out that it was an attempt by the large company to keep the deal in house resulting in thousands more in the commissions. Eve was having nothing of it and sniffed out the attempt right away, saving the purchase of our dream home. I have listed properties with her and each time the pictures were awesome and presented a top-quality listing. Most recently Eve sold and closed a family member’s home on James Island in better than market average time. I recommend Eve for any real estate needs, and seek her advice often.
