Roslyn Parker goes above and beyond as a realtor. Before moving to SC, we contacted Mrs. Parker via Facebook after following and seeing her presentations and all positive reviews. We spoke in length about our desire to relocate to the Charleston, SC area. She took the time out to listen to our wants, needs and desires. We were pleased with her knowledge, professionalism, and overall personality. Mrs. Parker became our boots on the ground during our search as we were living in another state. She provided detailed, virtual tours of the houses we were interested in, and within 2 months we closed on the house of our desire. Her professionalism and excellent service are unmatched. Through the process, Mrs. Parker was always available for questions & kept us abreast of each step. The process was seamless, and we couldn't be happier.

Roz is an amazing realtor! She went above and beyond when we purchased our home. We moved across the country and when our builders surprised us with ridiculous, unexpected things that derailed us from being able to move into our home, we were frazzled, and left with a truckload of our belongings, not knowing what to expect. During the next few days, as our builders left us with nothing but questions, Roz provided us with reassurance, she sought out answers, and she sent nice surprises to our hotel room. She went out of her way to rush inspections on our home so that we could move in. When we didn't know which way was up, Roz helped us keep our wits about us and was always there for us. I can't imagine a better realtor and she's the absolute best!

Roz has assisted me in the selling and purchase of 2 properties so far, with another round of selling and purchasing in progress. Roz is the epitome of both the buyer's and seller's agent as she takes pride in making sure her clients are taken care of and are aware of the process. She is not the typical 9-5 Realtor, as she knows the work required to really handle business and you will see it in her communication and the level of information that she provides to her clients. I would highly recommend to all friends, family, and even strangers, as you cannot go wrong with choosing Roz as your Realtor.

I just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful job you did for me and my family. Im a very busy professional and my mom needed help finding a townhouse in a safe Area :-) Roslyn was very attentive to all of her wants and all of my mom needs as a retired person. I highly recommend my Roslyn for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made the experience stress-free. She listened to my needs and preferences and worked hard to make sure my needs were met . Her expertise and knowledge of the real estate market was invaluable in negotiating the best deal for me. She was responsive and communicative, always keeping me updated and informed. Overall, I had a great experience working with my Roslyn and would definitely work with her again in the future.
