        The young lady working Sunday morning 4/7 at 10:30am showed the most compassion and decision-making skills I have seen in ages. I came in wearing a pair of Bob's that I purchased 2 days ago in Myrtle Beach that had my heel in a blister. I was visiting Charleston and planning to do more walking. With no receipt or proof of purchase, she emphasized with me and allowed me to reselect another pair of shoes. She deserves recognition for outstanding service! Having been in retail leadership for 40 years I wish I had employees like her!
