I've lived at Killian lakes for 4 years now and I have an awesome experience. Just recently my experience with the leasing lady named Carey-Katelin has been nothing short of amazing! First RING 9am sharp, she's answering the phone and is acting quickly to resolve or help with any concerns or questions you might have. She is so patient and doesn't make you feel rushed when talking to her. In all my years of renting, she has to be the most welcoming leasing person I have come in contact with. Give that girl a RAISE! Also, I want to shed light on the maintenance man Aumean. HE IS THE MAN, you hear me! If you have a problem with your apartment, he QUICKLY resolves it. I know sometimes when in apartments you feel like you don't want to be a burden to maintenance, but let me tell you first hand, I will call that maintenance phone night and day if I have a issue and Aumean comes every time with such a warm welcoming spirit and helps me out so much. Thank you to you two for making my time here at Killian Lakes the BEST!
