scheduled a tour with them days in advanced, arrived to the tour and the apartment i was scheduled to view had someone move in the same day. the lady that was working was nice but...why would you schedule an apartment tour with me when someone is moving in the same day. You, as the leasing agent, knows when a new tenant is moving in...so why? Anyway she was kind but what the frick.

I recently moved into my new apartment , my family and I are super happy with the Apartment & how new and updated the appliances are . I am really happy with the service DD and Amber has given us, they have been in communication with us every step of the way and we are thankful for that.

I moved in here at Pine Grove Apartments at the beginning of this year, and since being a resident, I can say that they respond to problems immediately. My central air unit was leaking and soaking a bedroom. I went to the administration office and spoke to a representative. Terry C. came immediately, located the problem, and he fixed it. He also made sure to send workers to properly dry the carpet. Terry has truly been a great asset to me and all the tenants here.

Great community events for the residents each month! Amber is great at what she does! This place has definitely improved over the past few months.
