the manager jasmine is a liar, she tells me one thing and my boyfriend another. Since we moved in me had issues. We paid for pest control monthly and pest control came out 2 times since I lived here in 2 years! This office is unorganized and doesnt have the staffing it need to room all of these apartments. you would be better off in the streets than dealing with this burden of living at crosshill apartments.

I posted my review before and it magically disappeared! Living in this complex has been the worst experience of my life!! Soon as I got here I was exposed to mold and it has been a on going issue. I have just been getting sicker and sicker as the months go on. The current property manager is incompetent!!!! Everything that has been done to try to fix the issue has only been done halfway so the mold returns. I would never recommend this complex to any soul, ever! Although they have tried to fix the issue to THEIR BEST ABILITY they just dont know what they are doing. Which included spraying the first unit down and trying to scrape the mold off as well as spraying the wall off to clean the mold off and then last, once the mold grew back spray painted over the mold. The pictures are from oldest to newest. They finally opened the wall and still did not gut everything, left the dirty rotten moldy installation in and covered it back up with a piece of sheet rock. Our apartment smells disgusting! It smells like straight up earthy dirt. I would suggest if you live in these apartments you check your hvac closet for mold unless you get lucky and move into one of the new buildings which are over $1,000 a month. This complex is cheap and will take the cheapest route every time instead of doing things properly. Every time my review is deleted I will just keep reposting because this is what my experience has been since living here.

Maintenance isnt good at all & they never answer the phone! My ceiling in my bathroom is leaking, the kitchen sink is leaking mold growing kitchen wiring is bad had and maintenance request in for 4 months!

I live in Cross Hill Apartments and am currently having a problem with mold that property management refuses to properly fix or really acknowledge. Every time we bring it up they write it off as dust or mildew. At this point me, my roommate and her dog are experiencing symptoms of mold exposure and we have been dealing with it since we moved in. I have attached pictures from throughout the process. Just to give a back story, I moved in on October 29, 2021 and my roommate was added to the lease in November. We first complained about mold when we cut the air conditioning/ heat on in November (there was also visible mold on the wall where the air handler is placed). We went back and forth to get them to replace the old air handler which had a DEAD SNAKE in it. They were initially trying to clean it instead of replace it. After going back and forth with them, they finally replaced the air handler. The air handler was not connected properly and was leaking water and we were still experiencing what we now know are symptoms of mold exposure and still smelling mold. They would come and spray the vents; but with mold, it has to be completely removed. As of now, they have come and only took out part of the wall that had mold on it and left the moldy insulation in the wall with partially new drywall. Not to mention they have spray painted over the mold twice. Once before they partially replaced the wall and once after they replaced part of the wall. Not to mention the issues with the bathroom ceiling leaking and drooping that still has not been fixed properly. Update: I moved out as of June 2022
