Grove at St. Andrews

Maintenance is awful!!! We havent had a working refrigerator or working stove in over two months. We have a hole in our ceiling thats been there for a year that nobody has fixed and our floor is tore up. Maintenance is Nonexistent!!! Avoid at all cost!!!

This here is what you have to deal with these horrible living conditions for $1019 rent at the Grove of at.Andrews, Dont have high living standards per the management which is here in this email.

I initially had a decent review for this place. But I am lost for words. This place deserves zero stars, where do I begin? Well me and my husband have been here since last July and have had 3 water leaks from our HVAC. Theres been flooding and water damage that they havent addressed. We literally have a mushroom growing out of our wall!! My husband put in a work order over 2 weeks ago that we have had water damage and they havent even opened our message! I have been told that we wouldnt have another leak but that is a lie. It has happened 3 times now, it is a hazard. Not to mention the rude employees who do not care about our issues when we have had to address this issue to them because no one has responded! Guess what still no one has looked at our leak! Theres literally a whole bunch of fungi growing! Do not waste your time here, they dont care about anyone. I genuinely am so angry that they dont care about your safety or listen to you. Not to mention, my husband said hes going to get higher ups involved, and the property manager didnt care.
