        DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! The store owner Yells at the customers and is Extremely Rude! Go to another location before you consider this one until new store ownership takes place! You'll thank me and everyone that has wrote a horrible review about this store later.

        Ken is very unprofessional his customer service is not great at all. I waisted 155 dollars on a phone that he told me had feature that it didn't have. He did not tell me about the return policy which is different for the one clearly posted in the store. I have been dealing with this for two weeks now. He has not fixed my problem and has actually made it worse. Can someone above him please contact me! I've been a customer for a very long time and experiences like this make me want to take my business elsewhere.

        I have never felt so disrespected. Walked into the store music was playing on a speaker, the guy that was working also was watching a tiktok live. I asked about getting my screen fixed and instead of just giving the address that I needed, he just continued to say I wasn't finished talking. He was extremely sexist and anytime I asked a question he was extremely rude but when my boyfriend asked the guy answered him just fine.
