Do not shop with this authorized retailer. Go to a corporate store instead. Just discovered we were offered 5g home internet when our address does not qualify for the 5g speeds. A year of resetting the wifi daily. Complete waste of time and money. I have already reported this transcretion to corporate.

As a old school senior citizen, I was fearful of an iPhone upgrade (mine was a 6); but I knew it was necessary. Maddy was so patient taking her time to show and explain all options to me, including Verizon services and pricing, while making sure I understood everything. I left with an iPhone 15 (with everything transferred from my old phone) and a more comprehensive data plan confident in my decision and in my knowledge of the new phone. It was the best retail experience Ive had in a long time.
