Today, I went in and ordered a ham sub, turkey sub, and chicken salad sandwich. The cashier repeatedly corrected my sub orders with ham SANDWICH and turkey SANDWICH but that isnt what I wanted. I wanted the speciality subs. When I clarified with SUBS, she still said sandwich and let me know that they dont come with anything like lettuce (which the subs do). I gave up because I had work shortly after. When I got to the car, of course the subs were sandwiches and the chicken salad sandwich wasnt anywhere to be found. The food is delicious but trying to communicate with the workers is frustrating.
