First off I just want to say Forest acres florist you guys are the best Ms Rita and Mr Irvin I truly from the bottom of my heart appreciate everything that you did to put a smile on my daughter's face with this sad occasion that she is going through from the very first phone call to the dropping off of the flowers with the video that put a smile on my face had me in tears you went above and beyond to satisfy your customer I appreciate that trust and Believe I will be recommending Forest acres flowers to all of my family and friends and if I could have given you more than five stars trust and believe you would have more stars than that so thank you for everything God bless you all have a beautiful blessed Sunday

I ordered flowers for my parents. First, they were completely out of the flowers I ordered but I okayed the substitute. When my parents received the flowers, they were brown and dying. My mom said they put moss in the bottom. The flowers had to be tossed the next day.
