This office gives the best, most skilled care and service that I have experienced in many years of using hearing aids. I could not ask for better. A+

I have been to this location at least 4 times. The initial testing done by Bryan Graves was done professionally and the results were discussed at length. Bryan explained all of the different type of miricle-ear hearing aids. We decided on a type 3. Bryan made sure our order was processed correctly and we (my wife and I) came back 2 times after my hearing aids was used. He checked out everything and schedules a cleaning appointment too. A few days ago one of my hearing aids were clogged and I called and was able to get it cleaned and working in a matter of hours. Dalena, the receptionist, is very pleasant and easy to take to.

We worked with Dalena and she was just awesome! We visited from out of town and forgot my husbands hearing aid charger. She cleaned his hearing aids and charged them up for him. We tried to buy a charger but they didnt have one in stock so she let us borrow her only charger for the night so that my husband could hear at his family reunion. When we brought it back the next afternoon she couldnt be nicer and offered to help if we ever needed it again. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Great place and wonderful people. Awesome customer service. Thank you for saving the day!!!!
