Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia Killian Road

If I could give 0 stars I would. But I do give 1 star for the hospitality. But the room was not clean. Crumbs on the desk and top of dressers. There was long thick hair in the bed and on the pillows and on the bathroom towels. I had to change my own sheets and sleep in pillow cases. I was highly disappointed.

I have stayed here 4 times. 1st when the hotel was brand new and it was great, hence I booked 3 more times. Each time the cleanliness went downhill. Rooms are not cleandust everywhere. The TV looked like it was wiped down with a rag that cleaned the floors. Dirty sheets. This does NOT reflect what the hotel looks like on the outside which is lovely. Disappointing for a Hilton property. Hilton needs to inspect this place and the franchise owner should be held accountable. I stay exclusively at Hilton properties, but not this one again.

A Pleasant Stay at a Refreshed Hotel I recently had a very enjoyable stay at Hampton. The hotel has undergone renovations, and it shows! The lobby and common areas were fresh and inviting, and my room was sparkling clean. It was clear they'd invested in modernizing the space, and everything felt up-to-date and comfortable. Beyond the nice surroundings, the staff truly impressed me. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping crew, was friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure my stay was as smooth as possible. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The cleanliness, updated facilities, and friendly staff made for a truly positive experience.
