        We were greeted immediately with a smile by the front desk crew of Kendra and Eric. We were expecting the normal dog and pony - the robots asking for the usual credentials and credit card with no emotion or zeal. These two were dynamic and filled with joy. I cannot tell you what a breath of fresh air it was to walk into a hotel and to be greeted with "we are thankful you chose Hilton." Every day, when we walked into the lobby they remembered us and treated us as old Friends. Hilton, hold on to these two rare gems. We are already planning our next trip to Columbia Hilton because of them. Thanks again to Kendra and Eric.

Each guest room features wired internet and WiFi, plus a flat-screen LCD TV. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are standard in each room.
