Unfortunately Ive been on short term disability since February 16th, 2023. After a bunch of back and forth between getting the necessary paperwork needed to start my claim. It was finally finalized weeks later. I of course forfeited the money during my waiting period but once approved it has been a struggle to get my paychecks on time. My bills are piling up, most of my services have been suspended and its all at the expense of companion and their inability to issue checks on time. Im still waiting on a check from two week ago that has magically disappeared into thin air. Its been stressful dealing with them in an already stressful time.

I have been on medical leave for almost 2 months. I've gotten 1 check for $28. I have talked to this company and they say they have sent out 4 checks and how much they are for. I did the math. They are paying $14.82 a day in medical leave payments. How in the name of God in heaven can anyone survive on this amount of money. That won't pay for medicine, food, gas to go to the doctors or even the copay amount. How can you justify $14.82 a day in medical leave payments?

They have added a vision plan. Unfortunately, it doesn't cover many optometrists and it doesn't cover any ophthalmologists at all.
