Shopping for a mattress & adjustable base can be challenging. Thanks to Danielle, the sales associate, my experience was great! She asked questions in order to narrow down the best mattress for my needs. She explained the construction, operation and warranty of the mattress & the base. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is very pleasant and isn't "pushy" as some sales people are. If you are in need of a mattress, it is worth the drive to Harbison Blvd. in Columbia, SC. Ask for Danielle; she's a gem!

Delivery not dependable, might I add calling the wife a colorado daisy duke and looking her up and down ... prob not the most professional but .. the bed TBD for a few weeks, sales not very helpful and push a bed that you don't want on you . I'll update with the bed quality

I am 76 and have spinal stenosis in the lower back and arthritis is the middle back. I was looking for an adjustable bed since I cant lay on my back. Went to the sleep store in Columbia, SC. We were met by Donna, the store manager. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail how the sleep number bed works. Since Im retired military I received a discount which just started that day. Im very happy with Donna and my purchase. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a sleep number bed.
