Worst experience ever. I mean extremelyyyy unprofessional. First off, why is there a huge a** pit bull in the middle of a nail shop but you cant bring your child who would be in a carrier or stroller the whole time? What if a customer was allergic or scared of dogs? That was wild! The foreign girl with the dark hair by the door who did my nails was EXTREMELY rude and is frankly lucky it was my birthday and I wasnt going to ruin it over her. She made several snide remarks about how she, wasnt even supposed to do my nails, like she was doing ME a favor that I patronized their business!!!!!! Continued on with how she, know the girl girl on the phone told you clearly she couldnt do your toes because I heard her, when she really said if I came AFTER a certain time, they couldnt, and I showed up BEFORE that time. This was on my birthday now, not just a regular day . . . one of the techs fixed a couple nails for a lady and then was doing nothing of significance . . . so I missed out on going to a shop that wouldve had someone on my nails and someone on my toes at the same time for this ghetto shop and these sub par nails. They must not love money. Shops like this make it hard to support black business. Service: Acrylic nails
