Came back for a fill in for an acrylic overlay on Saturday May 21. Made my appointment and paid $35 deposit. My booking was for a fillin, designs on all fingers and cuticle diamonds. The website showed $42 total for the service Day of appointment sat down chose my colors for what i thought would be used for designs, which is what i booked. I ended up with only two designs just gel polish which i was later informed was $2 for each color..my cuticle diamonds were falling off by Sunday. My service came up to $62 plus $5 charged for using a debit card, I had cash but was not expecting to pay an additional $33 total. The only thing I added at time of service was additional cuticle diamonds. i ended up with two designs, cuticle diamonds on four fingers and four colors polish. When i questioned the charges, my original booking was never mentioned, i was refunded a dollar and told i could come back for Tay to fix my nails. We are talking 3 days later most of my diamonds fell off and my polish is thin in many places the acrylic was thick and my nails were weird shaped. I also noticed that the website changed as well as the prices after i questioned what i was charged, if i could post screenshots I would. My initial set was $55 and i had designs on all fingers. On June 1st the entire overlay on my index finger popped off, at that point I soaked the remaining nails off and found another nail tech. If you go make sure you get your total up front before she starts and as shes doing your nails, Im not happy with the quality of work I received. I didnt go back for her to "fix" my nails because I no longer wanted her to touch my nails as i hatve no confidence in her skills and there were too many issues to "fix". Its not about what i paid, if the nail quality was good i would have been satisfied..too many negatives in the work to go back and try again. ** I have text messages, screen shots and receipts to back up everything i said above, she may be a good nail tech for somebody, but she missed the mark this time and lost a client. Then to top it off she blocked me.on Instagram after i text her to question what i paid.
