Wife suffered severe car accident followed by multiple strokes. She has been with this group to have surgeries and corrective measures to save her vision. She has seen Dr. Robinson several times for follow-ups and has kept her vision. Scheduled appointments have went well.

Dr. Robinson is great. My eye exams are very thorough with multiple steps. His staff when is office is very nice and polite. But if you are looking for a Dr with a team who will follow through in a timely manner with prescription refills, callbacks, appointment rescheduling, test results. Then this is not the provider for you. The care for you in office is amazing but the after care sucks.

They're the only place in town I can go for my condition. I waited in their hallway for over an hour because they ran out of room in their waiting room. The front desk staff doesn't seem to know how to use their systems. The doctors were nice, but 3 hours later all I have is an appointment to come back later.
