I've been coming to this pharmacy since I moved to Columbia and I always recommend it over big-name corporations! The pharmacist Andrew and everyone who works there are very friendly. They remember me every time I come by to refill my prescriptions. Fantastic neighborhood pharmacist!

I've done business with Medicine Mart on Rosewood Drive for many years. I had always gotten good customer service. However, for the past year when going to pick-up RX either they were out of the meds, and had to order some of them, which caused me to make several trips to get what I needed. This I mentioned to the pharmacist along with other issues experienced there. It was passed off as if it didn't matter with an insincere apology. Point is they have always been very kind and nice to me and my family and I have always appreciated them and Thanked them. I'm not sure anymore if they care about the loyalty of their customers, lose one or two no big deal to them. Its a keen reminder to me that it's not what is said to a customer, its how its said. Their loss!
