I had a great experience with David and George from New Horizons Realty! Me and my fiance started with their home buying work shop. We went on to be able to find our new home with them! They have been very attentive even after the purchase helping me get everything done. I have friends currently buying a home that went with a different realtor and Essentially, they put everything on their buyers and not being extremely helpful at all. Not David and George. They walked me and my fiance through and helped me during the entire process and even after. I hope they remain a contact for years on end.

We turned to David Kafitz and Exit Realty when we decided to move from Chapin to Beaufort because we had experience with him representing the seller when we bought there. He joined the MLS in Beaufort in order to assist us in our house hunting, which required him to travel there. The sale of our Chapin house and purchase of our new home went flawlessly. He used advanced marketing tools to showcase our house as well as to assist us in our new home purchase. This became obvious watching how other houses in our area were being marketed. My wife and I are completely satisfied and would not hesitate to call on David again.

David Kafitz and the team at Exit Realty New Horizons are by far, THE BEST realty group I have worked with to sell a property. I needed to sell a home in Chapin as part of an estate but I am located in Connecticut. There was an extensive amount of work needed to prepare the property for sale. David and team went over and above by recommending and coordinating with contractors and vendors to ready the home for sale, frequently checking on the property and meeting with contractors. Once listed, they professionally marketed the home, coordinated a multitude of showings and negotiated offers for a quick sale. David went well beyond a realtor's responsibilities. His professionalism, understanding and attention to detail were the deciding factors that turned a bad situation into an excellent outcome. We worked with David Kafitz to find our home in the Lake Murray area. We were moving from out of state, and we were starting from scratch in our search, knowing very little about the area. David spent a lot of time with us, discussing the pros and cons of different communities around Lake Murray, and then driving us around to experience first-hand what the different communities were like. He was very generous with his time. Aside from the many hours spent visiting a lot of homes, he spent several hours driving us around downtown Columbia so we would have an idea of what the city was like. We've owned a number of homes in different part of the US, but it had been a long time since we had gone through the house hunting and buying process, and we were doing this in the middle of the pandemic, so the process was a bit different for us. David was patient and very helpful in working with us to a successful conclusion. We decided on a house in Lexington and are very happy with our new home and neighborhood.
