Shady service when trying to activate a line, they wanted to take all of my info before even telling me what plans were available and what could work for me. The service here was a classic example of bad practice in business. Either way, the girl who was working was not helpful at all.

Absolutely the worst company Ive ever dealt with. I paid off two iPhones to be able to switch back to Spectrum, its been over a month now and my devices are still locked! What's the hold up T-Mobile??? First I was told they would be unlocked in 24 hours then yall said 48 and then 72! I just need my phones to be unlocked so I can switch back to a company that actually cares about their customers! Yall are nothing but a bunch of liars, stay away from these people!
