We chose Zipit to replace our aging digital alphanumeric pager system. The Federal Government requires any communication with patient information be encrypted and our pagers were not. There were over 1000 pagers in our alphanumeric system that needed to be replaced. The Zipit Critical Messaging Solution provides excellent message verification and tracking. Something we NEVER had with our old pagers. Having a messaging system that will still deliver the message to the recipient even if they were temporarily out of WiFi or Cellular range is a definite plus. We no longer have the excuse that I never got the page! Working with the Technical Support Team at Zipit is top notch. They have excellent trouble shooting tools available in the Remote Access Terminal. If I am unable to resolve the issue the customer support team is available via phone and generally answered on first attempt. The team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their product. We have even had several software enhancements developed to address needs of our users. Our Zipit Solution has been in use for over a year and I have enjoyed having a very trusted Partner improving our organizations staff communications.
