        Me and my fianc moved here from out of state without knowing anyone. The staff is so friendly and host different craft/food nights each week so the community can get together and know one another. Have met so many neighbors this way and it has been so nice! The apartments here also have a PET YARD which is absolutely amazing and perfect! I have loved living here and I dont think we will move anytime soon! Cant beat it!

        Bryanna, the leasing agent is so sweet and very patient. She was able to show us the apartment and answered all questions asked with a smile on her face, We were able to move in the following week. We definitely love the apartment and we are happy to call it our home.

        Nice, quiet community. Great amenities, maintenance requests are done in a timely manner, office staff is always available to help, great rewards program, awesome events. 10/10

        Went on a tour with Christina this past weekend, she was amazing and took her time helping my fiance and i! It was our fav tour, he is in the service and we deff will be applying to rent within the next couple of months!

        If I could give 0 Stars I would , very disgusting and liars. Property manager gonna tell me how and when I can have company I pay rent like everybody else then after our conversation over the phone be spiteful and type of a violation of lease when she clearly said she was warning us over the phone. Dont rent here. They say one thing and change also they over charge you and lie and say your water and utilities included in the rent and you still get billed from the actual company they play with your rent and change prices every month. Also I have had water leaks and damage in this expensive as apartment and all they did was come paint over it. I been calling for my apartment to get checked out for mold but she wanna call and give me a hard time. * DONT RENT HERE !! * and all the apartments by the pond in the back have mold!!! I wish I could get our lease but once its up Im gone AND WONT EVER BE BACK!!

Your recent violation was due to behavior that disturbed the peace of your neighbors. We first spoke to you over the phone, and as I stated to you in person, it is standard practice for us to also follow up in writing.During the move-in process, we provided you with a document that clearly outlined our utility policies. You also signed this document to confirm your understanding. On February 9th, 2024, you informed us of a leak in your unit. When we asked you about when you first noticed the leak, you informed us that it was during your move-in, but you did not report it at that time. I stressed to you the importance of immediately notifying us of any issues as soon as they arise.
