        Terrible customer service. Awful banking experience. I had my card info hacked and disputed the charges and the bank never refunded my account so I called to see what was going on with it and the guy got super defensive and tried to accuse me that it was my fault that my card got hacked and my money was stolen. The guy goes on to say they sent me something in the mail about the investigation but I never received anything! And I got scammed out of hundreds of dollars
