        I'm new to Charleston and this place. I didn't realize EVERYTHING was an appointment and I apologized for missing mine the day before. I assumed I could still receive a quote for the work I want done, so I headed up at 8am the next day. I know my truck. It has 460,000 miles on it. It needs new struts and shocks, and I know it needs a driver's side wheel bearing assembly. I've never met someone so arrogant, as to insist he still needs to look first to quote THAT work. If something else was found, I would have understood and agreed. It's obvious he's knowledgeable about his trade, but arrogance isn't wise.
