The parking lot is annoying. Cars pull out into the road right in front of me. In the photo below, you can see Jay Buhner telling Ken Griffey, Jr. to be careful as he drives past this Truist location.

Slow, they won't make callbacks nor seemingly do anything to help their customers. The managers at most locations I've visited are lazy and slow. Definitely not worth banking here or at any other truist locale. The tellers are mostly nice.

Slowest Drive Through Ever. Drive to Northwoods Location and you will still be done faster. No one here cares.

You dont come across people like Mrs. Ekwah , her energy was phenomenal and her level of professionalism is unmatched. Today she taught me so much about banking and her spirit made me always want to return! KEEP HER AROUND SHE IS GOLDEN. You dont take advantage of employees like her , that devote her life to going above and beyond for her customers. Thank you again Ekwah it was a pleasure! See ya next time :)
