First-class service! These wonderful folks helped me out with a flask for my son's 21st birthday. As it was solid copper and we couldn't engrave the bottom, as hoped, they walked me thru my various options and we came up with an alternative (the cap) that I was wholeheartedly pleased with! They also managed to get me out of a bind, as I had forgotten about it until the very last minute. I can't say they would always be able to do that, but I *CAN* say they will go the extra mile to do everything they can for you. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Ordered a Male nurse ornament for my Nephews graduation. I was supposed to receive it between Dec 7 - 10th, I got it today on Dec 5th. It is absolutely gorgeous and the detail is stunning. I just love it and am sure he will too! Awesome work, I will be sure to refer others to Palmetto Engraving.
