The best ever. These folks go above and beyond. I have had to use them a few times for display cases and door glass. They are always showing up with a fast turnaround time and super easy to deal with. After using other companies in the past their prices are much better and their customer service is top notch. This is the only place my company will be using for any and all glass needs. They als do amazing bathroom glass surrounds. They are an all around great company and locally owned. They understand their customers and provide the best service anyone could possibly ask for!!

Wysong is the best. They saved my butt from buying new awning windows for my house which would have cost a fortune. One good quality awning replacement window costs about $750 these days. Eric suggested to just replace the glass panes on the 7 awning windows that had broken seals which caused a frosting effect inside the glass. I did not even realize you could just change the glass. I was so thankful that they were able to replace the glass as well as save me a ton of money. I highly recommend this company. It's nice to know there are still honest reputable companies around that you can count on to treat you fairly.

Absolutely the best glass company in charleston area and beyond! I have used them on dozens of jobs and they are fantastic from the beginning design to final product install. Glass, hardware etc. they got it all. Also, only company in the area that can handle and execute custom high-end glass work that other companies shy away from. All around most highly recommended and the owners, office, installers etc. are just wonderful to work with and most importantly, the end result is always beautiful

Take too much time for get estimate and I got bad experience with them, the way they treat me. I get the glasses from them and some how I need to to cut 3/4 inch more they take too much time weather they cut it or not

Deplorable. I requested an estimate for a custom glass shower install. Two weeks later, two men show up to take measurements. Bad attitudes and poor communication. They offered a two week timeline for manufacturing and install. Two weeks later, having not heard from them, I called for an update. The first person I spoke with could not find my account. Said he would call back and did not. Same with the second call. Same with the third call. I finally got through to Lisa, who informed me they would not commence the manufacturing process on the project until I signed a waiver reliving them of all responsibility post installation. When questioned on why they wouldnt proactively call me on this matter, she became extremely defensive. We cant speak to you without your contractors consent. We are understaffed. A waste of a month. If I could give these clowns a negative star rating to offset all their fake 5 star posts, I would. Just brutal. Pick anyone else. Offensive. Inept.

Mr. PattersonI do appreciate your review. First let me inform you that we had suspended services to your area because of customers such as yourself. We agreed to look at your shower because we work with your contractor. Secondly, your contractor sanctioned the job. For the protection of the contractor we do not speak with anyone other than whom sanctioned the job. Please tell the story correctly. Additionally our office has been short staffed like most businesses these days and my apologies that you feel like you are more of a priority than all of my other customers in this extremely busy and tough environment. Fact of the matter is this company does not wish to work with people like you; those that are clueless to staff shortages, supply chain issues, etc…. Due to the nature of your project yes an indemnification is required. We take great pride in our work and in some circumstances we do not recommend that a customer proceed with certain configurations that we will ultimately have to deal with. Thank you for your review. Please expect a cease and desist letter from our attorney as well as a defamation suit. We have taken no money from you. We have advised you of the problems we foresee. We again are sorry that you are upset however this does not constitute a poor review as we have taken no funds from you.
