        Embassy Suites hotels are always our first choice when travelling. This one had a few issues. I found a long white hair in the coffee pot. The TV in the bedroom worked but was not hooked up to the system (no big deal). While in the shower, I found that the bath gel dispenser was empty and the shower curtain had a huge spot of black mold on the bottom corner. Some of these things can be overlooked but the mold and the hair is not acceptable. I did speak to the person at the front desk who did apologize and offered me extra points and a partial refund, which never happened.

        I had an awesome experience from the breakfast, late check-in and the convenience of airport shuttle that is 5 mins from airport! I paid less than $150 for a quality experience of a one night stay. 100% recommend. Rooms: Had a nice double queen suite!!
