Steady going up on my payments. And not giving me a justified answer why. I started off paying 490$/month. Now it's gone up to 831$/month. I haven't had any violations on my driving record since I started with them. I'm sure there should be some old violations dropping off by now. This is ridiculous. They use the excuse that I was late on a payment. I've never seen a 165$ late fee. I can't even make an 831.55$ payment with one paycheck. I could if it was 490$ like it used to be. This insurance is a scam. I agree with some of the posts people are saying about this insurance company.

I have a 1998 Avalon and just needed liability. It was $54 per month then they doubled it without telling me. I don't even drive the car.

I AGREE WITH OTHER REVIEW, IS INDEED A SCAM
My wife had them for about a year and after some fishy attempts for them to slap me with a policy i clearly told them i dont want twice, we decide to just cancel them all together.
We have told two "agents" now that we want to cancel and all accounts that we can find have told us that we stopped paying when we cancelled, except for our bank account that keeps getting charged.
Now i again have to call up there because they have charged us for over a hundred dollars for a service we cancelled months ago. HOPEFULLY, they will do the right thing and refund us. REGARDLESS, we have to wait for our money to be returned to us if we get it at all.
