    During a recent Uber Eats delivery, I encountered an issue where only part of the order was available at the pickup station. I had to return to collect the missing Buffalo chicken, which was inconvenient and delayed my subsequent deliveries. Additionally, I was informed that BBQ chips were out of stock, only to find them included upon my return. An apology or acknowledgment of the oversight would have been appreciated. Ensuring complete orders are ready for pickup is crucial for smooth delivery service. If you're picking up an order from this location as a delivery driver, I recommend double-checking the order before you leave. This can help avoid any missing items and save you from a return trip like I experienced. Also, I noticed that the staff were often on their phones and not fully attentive, which came across as unprofessional. Their attitude wasn't welcoming, and it felt like customers were an inconvenience. It's important for the team to focus on customer service and professionalism, especially during peak hours. Management might want to address this to improve the overall experience. Those people making the company look bad. ********** I've noticed previous reviews mentioning similar issues of staff being distracted and less than professional, which seems to be an ongoing concern.     Dear staff working around 1 pm on the day I am posting this, No one cares which employee has Facebook versus Instagram. Nor do we care who needs a lash person because theirs are falling off. We do care about how loud you were during your debate. We also care that you were so busy talking and carrying on that a simple two minute wrap took 20 minutes. Do better. Despite the fact that you have customers, you are going to lose the ones that not only tip, but tip well with your behavior.

    So the tropical smoothie on rivers has roaches. As I was leaving after getting a smoothie a roach pop out the counter . Also the staff doesnt speak or greet you. Wasnt impress especially with the prices to have poor customer service and see roaches.
