Charleston Grounds Management

I live in Beresford Commons and I am so happy to have Murillo and his crew taking care of our grounds. Our last contractor left us with an overgrown mess. We are so pleased with the amazing work they are doing in our neighborhood. Thank you Murillo and his Charleston Grounds Management crew!

As an HOA Board Member( Tidewater af Carolina Bay)I have worked with Charleston Grounds Mgmt. for 2 years now. They continuously perform at a 5 star level and their crews take great care maintaining our property and do a great job handling homeowner questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them to any HOA or Business that is looking for an excellent landscaping company that really cares and puts relationships ahead of $$$

Our HOA board hired Lee and his team about a year ago to bring back our neighborhoods grass etc that had been neglected for years! Jay Johnson is our property manager and is ALWAYS responsive, knowledgeable, professional with any and requests, whether it irrigation concerns, new plantings, weed/insect control and our #1 priority the turf. He manages his on site manager, Will & his crew, to take care of any needs weekly. I couldnt be happier with all efforts from all, especially Jay who always has a smile and a good word!
