Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

My 76yo mom had a flat tire. When I checked it, I found a nail between the tread. She went to this store because they reapced get right front tired about a year ago. It is not the same as the other 3 tires...The woman at the store told my mom thatthe sidewall of her tire was slit and that she'd need to get 2 new tires so that both rear tires woud match. They had no problems replacing just 1 front tire a year ago, but for whatever reason she insisted that my mom would need 2 this time. They did not have the right size tires in stock so they sent my mom home to wait for a call.Upon hearing th nionsense, I inspected the tire again and sprayed it with leak detector. The is no slit on the sidewalk and the only leak is where the nail is.When the woman from the store called my mom, my mom told her that I inspected the tire and that there is no slit or leak in the sidewalk, that there is a nail in the tire. The woman then changed her storyand said that the nail is less than an inch from the edge, therefore they could not repair it. I can't upload a pic here, but did include a pic of a ruler on the tire showing the nal is 2 inches from the edge of the tread.This place is a complete scam and tried to take advanthe of an elderly woman! I posted this review on Google, Facebook, and Nextdoor in an attempt to warn others!My mom took her car to Mavis tire, who promptly patched the tire and put it back on the car!

Guys were super helpful & quick with the work done to my Tacoma. Shaun told me the estimated time & it was done much quicker than expected! Shaun was also super friendly & personable! Mikey & Ethan worked on it & gave me great insight of what needed to be done to my truck . Thank you guys again!

I went to get an oil change on 11/17/23 at Tire Choice at 8465 Dorchester Rd, Suite A. I originally tried to use my discount from Door Dash for 58.17 but was unaware I had to have the funds on my dasher direct card. Ryan Langdon told me that since he had to cancel the order my oil change would be 106.00 and he couldn't offer me the normal discount they offer because he had to cancel the order. He said that I needed new tires, and he can put them on for me today. I advised him I didn't have the money for brand new tires today. He said that he would have to report that to Carfax and that I couldn't deliver for door dash until I get brand new tires. I felt very uneasy with his sales tactic and was confused so I left and went outside. He came outside and said I got your oil change down to 106.00 for you. I gave him 15.76 using my Direct Dash card and 96.00 in cash. When I left the shop, I notice my receipt said THIS IS NOT A INVOICE OR FINAL RECEIPT It's an estimate showing you made a deposit. I called customer service on 11/20/2023 and spoke with a women name Liz she took my complaint and asked her to send me the receipt I received from Ryan. She advised me that in their system it shows I paid 57.18 for my oil change. I gave Ryan 96.00 in cash and 15.76 from my debit card.I was promised a call back from the district manager and the Customer service manager no one has called me back yet. I recently reached out to Liz at Monroe Customer service, and she replied they are requesting paperwork from him. I still have not gotten any resolution or my money back. I was also told he didn't apply the 17.00 discount for current customers that he should of.
